نفى قائممقام قضاء الحبانية بمحافظة الانبار علي داود الدليمي، الثلاثاء، توقف عملية اعادة اعمار وتأهيل عدد من المشاريع الخدمية بسبب نفاد السيولة المادية المخصصة لها من قبل الحكومة المحلية .
وقال الدليمي، في تصريح لإذاعة العهد تابعته “المراقب العراقي” إن “كافة مدن الانبار لم تشهد توقف في عمل المشاريع الخدمية نتيجة النقص في السيول المالية المخصصة لها من قبل الحكومة المحلية ضمن موازنة عام 2019 كون تكاليفها حسمت من ميزانية المحافظة للعام الحالي“.
وأضاف، أن “مدن الانبار تشهد حركة اعمار غير مسبوقة كتأهيل شبكة الطرق والجسور والمجاري والمياه الصالحة للشرب والابنية المدرسية والحكومية فضلا عن انشاء ملاعب وقاعات مغلقة للرياضين”.
وأشار الى أن “العديد من المشاريع الخدمية انجزت بالكامل في حين ان مشاريع اخرى سيتم انجازها حال صرف ميزانية المحافظة لعام 2020”.
